"We Don't Send Aid to Haiti, We Take it there!"

Rockland County Haiti Relief Campaign (RCHRC) formed in early 2008 when Haiti faced a serious food crisis, and we expanded after the devastating hurricanes hit Haiti later that year. After the 2010 Earthquake, Rockland County Haiti Relief responded to the needs of the people of Haiti by mobilizing a county-wide effort to collect donations of food, medications, clothing, tools, and other needed items. We delivered emergency supplies to Haiti and provided human resources to travel over to Haiti and make direct distributions to families, schools, clinics, and orphanages. Using experienced volunteers, coupled with our resourceful contacts and collaborations with other NGO organizations in Haiti, we brought success in helping meet some of the many needs of the people of Haiti. We are a coalition of Haitian-American community NGO’s and supporters dedicated to providing “people to people” emergency relief to the people of Haiti both here and abroad.

Please learn more about what we have done since 2008 on our "Accomplishments" tab. Contact us for more information on current efforts and how you can be a part of RCHRC's mission to improve the conditions for the people of Haiti one city at a time.

Note: 100% of your tax-deductible donation goes directly to emergency aid, Donations are NOT used for administrative costs!
